The Scott McGlashan Foundation was created in memory of Dr Scott McGlashan MA, who sadly died on the 12th February 2014. His family established the foundation to ensure Scott's great love of Scotland, the Arts , Technology and Learning would benefit from his legacy.

The charitable aim of the Foundation is to help Scottish students with their first year University costs, by providing a prize fund which can be spent on any educational costs. Annual prizes will be awarded by the Foundation to Perth City Secondary Schools' year S5 & S6 Students, and Edinburgh University year 1 Students.
